Psychologist Senior (PhD)

Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform decision-making.

Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address complex challenges and achieve project objectives.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required; Master's degree in Psychology and 8+ years of related experience or PhD and 6+ years of related experience required.
