General Psychiatrist - Full Time (Physician )

The Emory Clinic is seeking a Geriatric Psychiatrist to join a dynamic team of clinicians, educators, and researchers dedicated to delivering high-quality care in an innovative environment. Our mission focuses on developing new treatments and training the next generation of psychiatrists. The qualified candidate will serve full-time as an attending physician within our Geriatric Psychiatry Division. Responsibilities include providing psychiatric care to both new and established patients, with opportunities to teach fellows, residents, and medical students. The role also involves attending case conferences and participating in administrative and educational meetings.

In addition, the attending will have the option to engage in research activities, including clinical studies, quality improvement projects, and the development of evidence-based practices and specialized treatments. The role is structured with 80% clinical care and 20% dedicated to administration and teaching or research. Completion of a four-year psychiatry residency, and a geriatric psychiatry fellowship

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a medical license in the State of Georgia
