Job Title: Tow Truck Driver (Wheel Lift / Flatbed)

Full-Time | $65K to $95K+/yr | Nights and weekends as scheduled
Since 1972, Henry's Wrecker Service has been the name drivers across DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland trust when things go wrong on the road. Half a century of accident recoveries, police-directed tows, and stranded motorists who got home safe because our drivers showed up and handled it.

Now we are part of Valor Fleet, a growing group of five Mid-Atlantic towing brands with nearly 300 teammates and a fleet of 150-plus trucks. That means newer equipment, real dispatch support, and a clear path to move up into heavy-duty, recovery, and lead driver roles as we expand. We are hiring dependable drivers who take pride in the work and stay cool when the customer is having the worst day of their week.

Run wheel-lift and flatbed trucks on roadside calls, accident scenes, and recoveries

• Respond to emergency service requests and police-directed tows across the DC metro
• Run basic diagnostics and keep your assigned truck inspection-ready
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A valid DOT Medical Card (or the willingness to obtain one)
• TWIC Card and DCJS registration (or the willingness to get them)
• Strong customer service instincts and a professional attitude
• Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Basic mechanical know-how (a plus)
