What You’ll Do as a Care Professional

This is a non-medical, in-home caregiving position that requires both compassion and physical ability. Companionship and meaningful conversation

• Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing care for bed-bound and high-acuity clients, including repositioning and in-bed personal care
• Most importantly, you’ll provide dignity, comfort, and peace of mind — to aging adults and their families — every single day.

We support our Care Professionals through C.A.R.Connection, Accountability, Recognition, and Encouragement — woven into everyday operations, not just posters on a wall.
