Head of Finance (Full-Time)

Note: This role requires 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting with strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills. Candidates without relevant finance backgrounds will not be considered.

Own monthly internal financial reporting and key metrics analysis — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting outputs

Serve as the CFO's primary point of contact for day-to-day finance execution and follow-through

Build and maintain financial models and internal reporting tools to support strategic and operational decision-making

Coordinate with practice areas and internal departments to manage project timelines, track key deliverables, and ensure execution

Prepare materials for partner and management meetings — translating financial data into clear, actionable insights

Partner with Accounting to align financial reporting with operational needs and firm priorities

Continuously improve reporting structures, workflows, and efficiency across the finance function

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required

5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a related role

Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience building and maintaining financial models

Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Experience with SurePoint or similar financial management systems preferred

Familiarity with document management systems such as NetDocuments a plus
