We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team! This role is essential to keeping our facility running smoothly and safely. Your Impact as a Maintenance Assistant

Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned

Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools

Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order

Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance

Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner

Has experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators

Understands basic principles of preventive maintenance

Can adapt to changing facility needs and priorities
