Job Title: PICU Registered Nurse

Hospital

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements: MUST HAVE 18 months of PERMANENT experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. travel experience will suffice. Experience in epilepsy monitoring, specialized care of all ages up to 25 years. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & PALS cert required. Provide specialized pediatric care for patients up to 25 years old in a hospital setting.

Monitor epilepsy and perform specialized assessments including EKG interpretation.

Administer inotropes and respond to arrhythmia monitoring, including ECG rhythm recognition.

Utilize certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS during patient care and procedures.

Work at least every other holiday as part of the shift schedule.
