As a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Representative with TP, you will help customers understand their health insurance options, answer questions, relieve concerns, and provide the kind of service that makes a complicated experience feel easier.

Currently, employment is restricted to residents of the following states: 21.75/hour + Commission | Full-Time | Seasonal | Work from Home

As a Licensed Health Insurance Representative, you'll use your insurance knowledge and customer service skills to help customers get the answers and support they need.

Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations with professionalism and empathy

Help customers understand health insurance coverage, plan options, pricing, and contract terms.

Listen carefully, identify customer needs, and work to resolve questions during the first interaction.

Support customer retention by addressing concerns and helping customers identify appropriate solutions

Protect confidential customer and healthcare information while following required policies and procedures.

Active Resident Health Insurance License in your state - REQUIRED.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.

Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support departments to resolve customer issues and achieve performance goals.

Sharp critical thinking skills, enabling quick analysis of customer issues and thoughtful, informed decision-making.
