School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Federal Way, WA | 2025-2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the rest of the 2025-2026 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

In-person, school-based role

• ASAP start date through the end of the 25-26 school year
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Collaborate with school special education teams

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply - we provide supervision and mentorship
