The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technology vision and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for all engineering functions, IT operations, digital platforms, and project management, with a focus on building and executing a strategic roadmap that supports aggressive growth and omnichannel expansion. This role demands a leader who is both a strategic architect and a hands-on mentor, capable of championing digital innovation and aligning technical initiatives with business goals. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineering teams, implementing best practices, driving architectural decisions, and overseeing IT and infrastructure to ensure a secure, reliable, and high-uptime environment.

Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years leading engineering teams, and a proven track record in modernizing tech stacks and leading digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, e-commerce platforms, integrations, data architecture, and security. Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to balance innovation with operational excellence. The role also requires experience in building and scaling teams in a high-growth environment and a focus on continuous improvement through agile methodologies.
