Human Resources Rep - Temp to Perm

You will support daily administrative functions, keep employee records accurate, and help create a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members. 22 - $25 per hour
shift: Processing new hire paperwork, conducting background checks, scheduling orientation sessions, and assisting with exit documentation.
Employee Records &

HRIS

Management: Maintaining digital and physical personnel files, updating employee information in the HRIS, and tracking attendance, leave, and performance metrics.
Recruitment Support: Posting job openings, screening initial applications, scheduling interview appointments, and coordinating logistics for candidate visits.
Administrative Operations: Answering basic employee questions regarding company policies and payroll, preparing HR reports, sorting incoming mail, and filing documentation.
