Full Time Key Holders

S. and building a new kind of store experience: one that's welcoming, inspiring, and performance-driven. The Key Holder plays a critical role in supporting the store's success. As a trusted leader on the floor, you will coach and motivate the team, resolve challenges in real time, and lead by example.

Competitive hourly rate: $10–$15/hour based on experience

Sales & Customer Experience

Act as the floor ensuring goals are met and the team is focused

Deliver an exceptional customer experience through active selling, styling, and service

Support bra fittings and confidently recommend products to meet customer needs

Foster an inclusive environment where every customer feels seen, supported, and celebrated

Team Support & Floor Leadership

Help create a positive, team-driven work environment through clear communication and feedback

Operations & Visual Execution

Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually compelling, and fully stocked

Maintain merchandising standards and execute product moves, launches, and markdowns

Uphold loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures at all times

as well as frequent bending, standing, walking, and movement throughout the sales floor.

Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using mobile POS, sales tools, and scheduling platforms
