Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM

Shift Length: 8 hours

On-Call Requirement: 1 weekend every 1-2 months based on need

Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120-$2,230

Active Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license

Home health nursing experience strongly preferred

Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team

Initiate, develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Provide skilled nursing visits in the home setting in accordance with the plan of care and infection control standards

Document patient visits thoroughly and submit records according to payer and agency requirements

Perform initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluations and confirm home health eligibility and medical necessity

Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and agency staff to coordinate care and schedule changes

Supervise home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses as appropriate and complete supervisory visits

Participate in weekend rotation, holiday coverage as needed, case conferences, and quality improvement efforts

Assist with onboarding and serve as a preceptor for new staff and students when needed
