In-Home Caregiver

$19-$23/hour | Weekly Pay | Oahu

BrightStar Care of Honolulu is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs who are interested in building a consistent, high-hour weekly schedule.

This opportunity is especially well suited for caregivers looking for approximately 30-40 hours per week who have broad availability and want consistent weekly work.

Our caregivers provide one-on-one care in clients' homes throughout Oahu. Caregivers with strong availability and reliability are prioritized for recurring client assignments, new client starts, longer shifts, and additional available hours.

Weekly hours vary based on client needs, caregiver availability, and case assignments and are not guaranteed.

You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.

Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Mobility assistance and safe transfers

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Companionship and meaningful engagement

Medication reminders and basic health monitoring

Following each client's individualized plan of care

Communicating with families, nurses, and our care team

We offer free pre-hire training to help the right candidates build the skills and confidence needed to provide excellent care. Completion of a nurse aide training program or equivalent, or willingness to complete our pre-hire training

CNA certification, a valid Hawaii driver's license, and experience in home care, assisted living, hospice, or dementia care are preferred.
