Flexible Scheduling Options; Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Staff Nurse: Weekday-focused schedules with varying options
Weekend Warrior Program: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12‑hour shifts
Competitive Hourly Pay: $27–$31/hour|Additional incentives available for nights and designated shifts
Meaningful Work :Build ongoing relationships with residents and care teams
Fast Hiring Process :Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications Active LPN license in the state of Indiana or a multi‑state license
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare preferred
Demonstrated commitment to resident‑centered care
