Full Time Night Server or Bartender

Extra Fancy brings the restaurant experience to private homes and other off-site locations around DC, LA, and the world. Servers have to be comfortable engaging with people in different environments. Servers/Captains/Bartenders will become familiar with serviceware and equipment needs for all event types and assist chefs in safe and efficient transport to off-site locations. Significant training will be required to ensure consistent delivery of our high service standards. Familiarity with fine wine service is preferred, but will also be part of the training.
