As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Williamsburg VA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a historic hospitality location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support guests and staff through clear communication professionalism and teamwork while reflecting our caring culture reliability innovation and integrity in every interaction.
Position Type: Part Time
Provide customer service to guests visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating issues through proper communication channels when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas lobbies corridors parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points observe activity within the location and document security-related incidents maintenance concerns and/or policy violations in a clear and timely manner.
Support hotel and resort operations by assisting with directions answering general questions and coordinating with site contacts during special events high-traffic periods and/or emergency situations.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
