Description:
This position involves providing nursing care in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting.
The role requires ongoing care and specialized treatment of individuals recovering from serious injuries or illnesses.
Customized rehabilitation plans are developed to meet the individual needs of the patients.
The facility is accredited for its comprehensive rehabilitation programs and specialty areas.
Patient care is tailored for a diverse population, including those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and major surgeries.
Successful candidates will manage a patient load with appropriate staffing ratios.
Experience with electronic health records systems is expected.
Candidates must hold an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
The role may involve working every other weekend.
This position emphasizes maximizing health, function, and quality of life for patients.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team are essential.
