Travel Requirements
This role includes a variable regional travel requirement, estimated at 20%-50% per month depending on program needs. While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites:

All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay, and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided. You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.

Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, IC0S, ABA) to maximize outcomes.

Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.

Professional Growth - Learn from a team of BCBAs with 35+ years of combined experience, attend NCABA & Autism Conferences (on us!), Work-Life Balance - Hybrid role with flexible scheduling and autonomy to plan your week.

75,000-$80,000 for this full-time exempt position.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems.

Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings.
