Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Galveston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and routine rounds. Position Type: Part Time

Security Experience - +1 Years

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observed concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to enforce location rules and restricted area protocols, and document security-related incidents according to site procedures.

Support a professional environment by offering directions and assistance when appropriate, answering routine questions, and maintaining awareness of daily activity across the location.

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
