Pay: $3,205.44 weekly

Shifts: 12-hour nights (7p-7:30a), minimum 4 weekend shifts and 2 Friday shifts per 6-week block

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

Provide high-risk maternity care, including VBACs, Caesarians, and natural births
Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units as needed
Ensure adherence to best practices and guidelines in maternity care
Participate in on-call shifts as scheduled
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

Current MA RN license
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
High-risk tertiary care experience
Proficiency with Epic Systems
No first-time travelers or local candidates within 50 miles
