Care Home Matron

Our reputation is built on understanding the intricacies within health care. We specialize in placing advanced practice, mid-level, and allied health clinicians, as well as non-clinical health care professionals in the positions that are the best fit for them. We work with large health care systems, small clinics and everything in between, and we are currently searching for the right person for the following position:
Home Visiting Nurse Practitioner (1099 Contractor)
Obtain past medical history
Identify diagnoses to support care management and treatment planning
Recommend appropriate measures, including medication prescriptions and skilled care needs
Efficiently communicate assessment findings to the office/supervising physician
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia with no sanctions or restrictions
Clinical background in Adult, Family, or Geriatric specialties preferred
Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Home care or home visiting experience preferred
1099 Independent Contractor
