Estimated Starting Salary Range for HR Generalist: $85,000/year
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. HR Generalist Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
Address performance issues and assist with improvement plans.
Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
HR Generalist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Service Contract Act [SCA] or Collective Bargaining Agreements [CBA] experience.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
Experience with performance management.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
