Full Time Litigation Attorney

Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller P.S. (Hanson Baker) is looking to add a litigation attorney with 4 – 8 years’ experience. Job duties include:

Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court submissions

Propounding and responding to discovery requests

Conducting investigations and interviews of clients and witnesses

Taking and defending depositions

Court appearances

Working with expert witnesses

Attending mediations and conducting settlement negotiations

Attending trials and arbitrations

Necessary skills and qualifications include:

First- or second-chair experience with all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trials or arbitrations

Track record of consistently delivering high-quality work product

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

This is a full-time position with opportunities for promotion to shareholder or of counsel.

Hanson Baker is an AV-rated law firm based in Bellevue, Washington. Our practice focuses on real estate and related areas, including construction, creditors’ rights, and estate planning and probate.

Salary range is $140,000 – $205,000 depending on qualifications and experience, plus quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance.
