Banking & Real Estate Finance Attorney

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in both their Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky locations.

Represent public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning, and real estate development matters.

Conduct property due diligence, title, and survey review, and work with title companies.

Interpret local codes and ordinances.

Represent borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions (plus).

Work independently and collaboratively with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.

Apply strong project management skills to manage multiple assignments.

4+ years of experience representing public and private companies in real estate transactions.

Strong academic credentials and high ethical standards.

Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong project management skills.

Salary determined based on job‑related factors such as background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
