Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is a seeking a compassionate, organized, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team in Dyersburg, Tennessee. As the HR Coordinator, you will help create a positive employee experience from recruitment to onboarding through ongoing employee support and engagement.

High School diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in Human Resources, healthcare or related field preferred

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Oversee biweekly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance

Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and support hiring efforts

Conduct new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee paperwork

Help coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and facility initiatives

Support and guide management on employee relations, performance issues, and policy interpretation

Maintain HRIS and personnel files in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare-specific regulatory requirements

Lead training and development initiatives for staff and supervisors

Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement strategies
