Head of Project Management (Construction)

Join Our Team as a Project Manager! Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? RMT Construction & Development Group, LLC is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a Project Manager with us, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, healthcare, education, and government projects. You will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate and oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, change orders, and resources

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors

Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, procurement, and project documentation

Monitor project financial performance and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

Conduct regular site visits and coordinate closely with Superintendents

5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction, with demonstrated experience independently managing projects for a General Contractor or Construction Manager

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office

Ability to troubleshoot and ensure quality control

Salary: $90,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
