System Integration Test Engineering

Senior Integration & Test Engineer An extremely exciting company has partnered with us to scale its engineering team, and we're looking for a Senior Integration & Test Engineer to play a key role in advancing next-generation effector systems for air defense. From bench-level testing to full system execution, you'll work hands-on with hardware, software, and firmware, troubleshooting across the entire stack, from embedded code to physical components. Global technology company delivering next-generation capabilities to the defense and critical industries sectors.
Seasoned leadership and founding team with experience founding and building $1B+ companies.
They are still in stealth mode, but they have a commercial product and customers signed.
The Person We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in integration and test engineering, embedded systems, or a closely related discipline.
Strong hands-on prototype hardware skills including wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly (e.g., 3D printing, rack integration).
Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++ for test automation, calibration scripts, and data reduction/analysis scripting.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across hardware and software domains.
