Front Desk AgentFront Desk Agents act as the first point of contact for our guests. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, blocking guest rooms and processing guest registrations, processing accurate payment transactions, submitting housekeeping and maintenance work order request forms, and creating a memorable experience for our guests.Front Desk Agent responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional mannerCheck guests in and out efficientlyHandle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and servicesAssist guests with reservations and booking arrangementsManage phone calls and reservations effectivelyProcess payments and maintain guest accountsHandle guest complaints and resolve issues promptlyOther duties as assignedWhat are we looking for?Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysPrevious front desk experience requiredPassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersResponsibility, reliability, and honestyTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsQualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
