Temp- Training Facilitator

Join our manufacturing team as an Industrial Training Technician and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused workforce. You'll design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive operational excellence on the plant floor.

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices

Manage the Learning Corner by coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities

Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials to maximize learning impact; Assessing training needs.

Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges

Conducting instructor-led training

Developing training materials, guides, and e-learning content

Evaluating training effectiveness

delivering clear, engaging training to diverse audiences on the plant floor

creating effective training modules tailored to industrial processes

understanding production systems to inform training content

Digital Literacy — intermediate level; using digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery

ensuring training translates into measurable performance improvements

embedding safety protocols into every training session

refining training approaches based on feedback and outcomes

2 year + in a lead/training capacity

High School Diploma or GED required.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
