The ideal candidate will be pivotal in various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment assistance, and more.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
Benefit administration assistance
Manages and updates employment information within multiple databases
Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
Periodic accounting duties
Responds to various employment agencies on behalf of the HR Department
Participates in other HR-related projects and performs administrative duties as needed

~ Minimum of 2 + years experience in an HR-related position
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Strong critical thinker and problem solver
QuickBooks experience preferred
