Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Job Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Duration: 1-2 months (possible extension)
Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Pay rate: $25/hr on W2
Position Summary
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the primary point of contact for patients and is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens for laboratory testing. This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, strong customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods.
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
Verify patient identity and demographic information before specimen collection.
Obtain patient signatures and ensure specimen labels are accurate and applied in the patient's presence.
Maintain required documentation and records accurately and on time.
Follow all safety, quality, compliance, and confidentiality guidelines.
Provide professional, compassionate service while creating a positive patient experience.
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Support multiple locations and adjust to changing business needs as required.
