Outdoor- Seasonal/Landscaper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaper to maintain the outdoor appearance of our apartment community. This role is responsible for ensuring that all lawns, gardens, trees, and common outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and understands the importance of curb appeal in a residential community.
Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, flower beds, and trees throughout the community
Plant flowers, shrubs, and greenery according to seasonal needs and property plans
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Identify and report irrigation issues, damaged landscaping, or safety hazards
Assist with storm cleanup when applicable
Work closely with maintenance and management teams to ensure community standards are met
Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment operation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

In compliance with California pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is expected to be $25.00 - $28.00 per hour . Actual compensation will be determined by factors including experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
