We are seeking part-time and full-time cooks at The Skinny Pancake in the Burlington International Airport (BTV) who are passionate about local food, working as a team, and contributing to three busy restaurants. Hospitality is a team sport, so cooks can expect to spend time spinning crepes, dishwashing, and doing prep to ensure clean, smooth operations and happy guests.

Cook compensation includes a competitive base wage plus a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff (varies based on business volume and shift). Paid, comprehensive training provided

Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing presentation, quality, or cleanliness

Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, cleaning and dishwashing

Handle multiple food orders efficiently
