Production Machinist Level 2

Machinist Position
Level 2 CNC machinist. Process, program and setup prototype and production parts.
Set up, program, and operate 3 axis CNC machines.
Run production and rapid prototype jobs.
Trouble shoot problems of parts being manufactured and find solutions to correct the problems.
Inspect one-off and multiple-piece orders to meet customer print requirements.
Help develop lower-level machinists as instructed.
CNC and Manual Lathe and mill setup
Must possess the ability to safely operate, understand and setup many pieces of CNC equipment along with other manual pieces of equipment.
Apply good communication skills to relay to other machinists and managers the status of current jobs, problems, and any other pertinent work information.
NFT Machine Shop Basic understanding of G and M codes.
Level 2 Certification in MasterCam.
High school diploma or GED
