TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Brockton, Massachusetts, 02301!

RN – Medical Surgical / Telemetry, Float Pool
Contract | 36 Hours per Week | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday | Most Fridays Required
Provide direct patient care across multiple Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as part of a float pool
Independently read and interpret telemetry strips in real time
Adapt quickly to the workflows, patient populations, and protocols of up to five different units
Administer and monitor intravenous therapies in accordance with unit standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
Proficiency with Meditech and EPIC electronic health record systems
Ability to independently read telemetry strips and pass an on-site competency exam on Day 1 with a score of 84% or higher (two attempts permitted)
3–5 years of experience in a float pool or multi-unit setting
~ Demonstrated ability to adapt to five or more Medical Surgical and Telemetry units
