Thompson Pipe Group is hiring General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. With plants nationwide, we are committed to safety, quality, and employee development.

18.71 per hour after 30 days. $20.11 per hour after 60 days. $21.51 per hour after 90 days. Eligible to join the union after completing the 90-day introductory period.

1st Shift: Monday – Friday Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Overtime and weekends required as needed.

Lift and carry materials and tools using proper equipment. Perform finishing work on poured concrete products. Assist with installation of plates, rebar, wire, insulation, anchors, etc. Tie rebar, grind, buff, and patch concrete products. Remove rough or defective concrete areas and apply repairs. Operate pressure washer and/or sandblasting equipment (as needed). Follow all safety policies and incident reporting procedures. Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections (including forklifts, if assigned). Concrete finishing experience a plus. Standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout shift. Ability to work in dust and outdoor conditions (heat, wind, rain). Plant Location: 4416 Prairie Hill Rd.
