Has a strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWorks efficiently while maintaining accuracyDemonstrates a strong work ethic and reliabilityCommunicates clearly and works well within a teamCan follow detailed instructions, including special customer requirementsIs adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentRESPONSIBILITYAccurately pick, pull, and pack orders according to customer requirementsRelabel products to meet vendor and compliance standardsStock raw materials and finished goods in assigned locationsAssist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficientlyOrganize and optimize space within racks and storage areasConduct cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory accuracyMonitor and assign pick locations to support workflow efficiencyFollow and enforce all warehouse safety regulations and proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouseIdentify and follow special instructions for customer ordersPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualifications & Requirements1–2 years of warehouse experience preferredReach truck certification and operating experience requiredAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, climbing ladders)Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processesWork EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse settingRequires physical activity throughout the shiftAdherence to safety standards and procedures is essentialORIENTATION PERIODThe reasonable orientation period for a fully qualified candidate should six (6) months.
