Registered Nurse Evenings/Nights - Hospice Care

Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours / On-Call Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide direct patient care, act as liaison between patients and the hospice team, and ensure continuity of care across shifts.
Responsibilities include evaluating needs, coordinating with LPNs/LVNs and CNAs, documenting visits, and participating in quality improvement programs.
