COUNSELOR (Full Time POSITION)

$19 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (30 hours/week) Full-Time

Assisting residents with daily routines, including personal care, meals, household tasks, recreation, and appointments.

Providing supervision and support for up to 12 residents.

Supporting residents with medical appointments and transportation (must be able to drive a large van).

Helping residents develop independence through life skills, meal planning, cooking, and household responsibilities.

Leading resident meetings, encouraging engagement, and fostering a positive living environment.

Responding to emergencies and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and other members of the support team.

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field with relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
