JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER (FULL TIME)

Residential Journeyman Plumber – Deliver Elite Craftsmanship to Residential Installations for Waconia Comfort

Salary/Pay Rate: $28.00–$38.00 per hour

Job/Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Project Scope: High-End Residential Plumbing Installation, System Layouts, and Premium Fixture Retrofits.

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Current Minnesota Journeyman Plumber License and a Valid Driver's License.

As a Residential Journeyman Plumber for Waconia Comfort, you will step away from basic service routes and focus on high-quality, relationship-driven installation projects. Precision Installation: Diagnose, layout, install, and repair complete residential plumbing systems, routing lines, and high-end fixtures to exceptional aesthetic and technical standards.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and flawlessly interpret complex blueprints, structural drawings, and system architectural layouts on-site.

Apply advanced water flow principles, execute flawless brazing, and utilize modern diagnostic testing equipment safely and efficiently.

Customer Trust: Provide a premium, relationship-driven experience for homeowners by communicating installation steps clearly and respecting their living spaces.

Maintain an organized technical inventory, report tool or equipment issues proactively, and complete clean installation documentation daily.

Current, active Minnesota Journeyman Plumber License.

Physical Strength: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds on occasion during heavy equipment placement.

Provision and maintenance of the personal hand and power tools necessary to execute daily plumbing installation duties.

High school diploma or GED.

Strong background in dedicated residential plumbing installation environments.

Deep, intuitive understanding of the current Minnesota plumbing codes and safety standards.

Strong Base Wage: Competitive hourly pay scale of $28.00–$38.00 per hour.
