At Workout Anytime Gaffney, we are on a mission to empower our community through fitness while living out our core values every day: We're looking for a Sales Manager who embodies these values and is ready to lead from the front, build a strong sales team, and grow our membership base.
Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Sales Growth: Drive membership sales through lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closing strategies.
Community Outreach: Build relationships with local businesses and engage in outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads from various sources (digital, referral, and walk-ins).
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing or building teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Desire to grow within the fitness industry and advance in your sales career.

Compensación: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
