Part Time Teller Location: Holden, MA, United States

Job Summary As a Teller, you engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, minimizing risk, preventing fraud, cross‑selling products, and supporting branch operations.

Responsibilities Provide an elevated level of customer service by welcoming customers, minimizing wait times, and assisting with banking needs.

Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.

Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management protocols to prevent fraudulent situations.

Recognize opportunities and cross‑sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.

Engage customers and leverage digital tools to educate them on self‑service options.

Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Support nearby branch locations as needed based on business necessity.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.

6+ months of cash handling experience.

6+ months of customer service experience.

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.

Ability to identify and escalare concerns of risk to appropriate channels.

Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.

Effective listening and communication skills.

Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.

Energetic, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.

Computer proficiency and basic math skills.

Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

Preferred experience with Microsoft Office products.

Compensation Base Pay Range: Minimum $30,000.00 USD - Maximum $47,000.00 USD (annualized for 40‑hour week).
