Topo Designs retail store employees provide exceptional customer experience, develop strong community relationships, and authentically communicate the brand message.Experience/ Education Requirements:1-3 years experience in retail sales; store and lead management experience preferred1 year of store lead responsibility running a store alone1 year experience completing the daily task as an opener/closerResponsibilities:Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationshipsHandle high foot traffic, assist multiple customers, and drive sales to meet goals and targetsContribute to a team built on trust and mutual respectUnderstand, support and comply with company policies and proceduresImplement merchandising strategies and directivesMaintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brandMaintain an organized and efficient stockroomUphold a high level of asset protectionMust be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekendsMastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and toolsQualifications/ Skills:Self motivated and driven attitude to hit sales goals and become a Topo Designs product expertStrong verbal and written communications skillsMust be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customersJob SpecificsCustomer Facing Retail PositionOperating Hours range from 7 am - 9 pm (8 hours shifts)Undergo a background check for security clearance at DIAStart Date: ASAP- it takes about 2 weeks to go through security clearing.
