Boxzooka has a culture grounded in taking care of employeesand our customers. Fulfillment is a service-oriented endeavorthat requires attention to detail and professionalism.

Customers appreciate our responsiveness & attention to theend customers’ needs.

At Boxzooka, we create immense value for our customers and I get to be right in the middle of that. Whether I’m helping optimize or scale a new customer, or one that is been with us for years, I thrive from it. When I can help them win, so do I and so does our company.”

Our WMS was rated at or above the level of the leading platforms in the market across the functions that actually run a warehouse: receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, reporting. Three areas stood out specifically: returns management, value-added services, and labor management, the parts of the job that are hardest to fake and easiest to notice when they go wrong.

Most guides to warehouse management systems stop at the definition. It doesn’t help you in the room when a 3PL is walking you through a demo and you need to know whether what you’re looking at will actually hold up at your order volume. A lot of brands use FBA to keep their fastest-moving Amazon SKUs Prime eligible, while a 3PL handles everything FBA was never built for: DTC orders, wholesale accounts, other marketplaces, overflow inventory, and even the replenishment shipments that feed FBA itself.
