In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and
excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s)
and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers
building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores

• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• staff within the assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Friday + Saturday & Sunday availability
• Paid training completed online
• $25 per month Technology Reimbursement

In addition to your hourly pay, you can earn a weekly performance bonus:

Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with
training

Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail

Operations
* Performance Measurements:

• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated

complaints

High school diploma or equivalent required

• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
