Job Details

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 36-40 hours per week, starting between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM.

Required Qualifications: Active Illinois Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, ACLS certification, Epic electronic medical record system experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D) department, experience with postpartum and neonatal care, excellent communication skills.

Additional Information: The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or related clinical settings. Candidates should have experience managing high-acuity patients, assisting with childbirth procedures, and providing postpartum care. The department handles a variety of cases, primarily involving maternal and neonatal health, with a high volume of patients daily. Orientation sessions are scheduled on Mondays, and credentials are due the Thursday before the start date. Candidates must submit an updated resume, at least one reference from the last year, Illinois license, skills checklist, and proof of passing an EKG test with a score of 80% or higher.
