Local Radius rule: No locals -- All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on drivers license)

Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

NBO: 16 hrs

OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier

Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

• 24 months of current/recent ER experience [required]
• recent Travel experience [highly preferred]
• EPIC emr experience [highly preferred]
• All certificates must be active; BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC [required]
• De-Escalation Certificate (SAMA, MAB, MOAB, CPI) -- [document] [preferred] --- can be obtained during onboarding
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate - [document] [nice to have] -- can be obtained during onboarding

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current ED/Emergency Department/Emergency Room experience [preferred]

Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job ( ED/Emergency Department/Emergency Room ) [required]

Nursy's must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multi-state at time of submission [required] [document]
