QUALIFICATIONS

~ Experience with seniors a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform non-medical comprehensive assessments Develop an individualized plan of care for each client with client input Oversee of non-medical client care Conduct client reassessments and follow up visits Provide training, delegation, supervision, performance oversight and support to our staff of CHHAs
