Job Responsibilities

Carpentry (including Decks)

Tile

Drywall

Exterior work

Key Responsibilities and Customer Interaction

Look around the property and communicate to the customer what could be repaired or could be handled by our company.

Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work that could be performed.

Sometimes taking the time to fix something small, then point out to the customer how we can help them understand our capabilities.

Someone who is punctual, efficient, maintains the highest integrity, and strives for top customer satisfaction.

Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team.

Demonstrates ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations.

Qualifications

Strong problem‑solving skills and quick thinker.

Excellent communication skills – able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.

Presentable: clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.

Independent thinker with a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner.
